As part of Municipal World’s Insider Membership campaign, this printed overcover wrapped around a mailed copy of the magazine. Campaign results exceeded plan.
The left panel extended over the back cover of the magazine and included the mailing address. The narrower right-side panel carried the promotional headline without obscuring the magazine front cover.
